If you like swimming, hiking, camping, shooting bows and arrows, racing cars, field trips and having fun with your friends, Cub Scouts is for you! If you have not tried these activities, but want to, Pack 22 is the place for you!
All boys AND girls, kindergarten to 5th grade, are invited to join Cub Scouts with Pack 22.
Pack 22 meets at Trinity United Methodist Church in the Converse Heights neighborhood of Spartanburg, S.C., Mondays at 6 p.m. When the weather cooperates, we meet outside, under the parking lot walkway and in the church’s grassy spaces. Meetings last one hour or less. Parents-you’re invited (and encouraged) to stay and participate! Kindergarten and First Grade Scouts are required to be accompanied by an adult, per BSA guidelines.
Time: Mondays from 6pm to 7pm, generally following the school calendar. We don’t meet regularly during the summer. Questions about our next meeting? Email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Location: Trinity United Methodist Church, 626 Norwood Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302
October 23, 2021 @ 8:30am. Family Campout at Glendale Outdoor Leadership School.
November 6, 2021 @ 1pm. Visit to Spartanburg American Legion Museum, and service project for the Musuem.
As a rule, the first Monday of the month is a Pack meeting, where everyone is together and awards are presented. The 2nd and 4th Mondays are Den Meetings when the children are working on projects and requirements. We usually don’t meet on the 3rd Monday of the month. We have an adventure/field trip once a month. This may be a hike, a visit to the local fire station, a camping trip or something similar. See What We Do under Why Pack 22.
